Getting Started:

• Registration: Upon downloading the app, users must create a new account. A valid email address is essential for the activation of your account. After registration, please check both your inbox and spam folders for the activation link.
• Profile Setup: Users are required to provide a pseudonym, ensuring that all interactions maintain complete privacy between the user and the scholar.
• Submitting a Question: It is advisable to review the scholar's profile prior to posing a question, as this can help prevent delays in receiving a response.
• Question Review: All submitted questions undergo scrutiny to mitigate any potential misuse or abuse of the app's features.
• Response Time: Scholars marked with a green status are currently active on the platform, while those with amber status have been inactive for the past two days. Typically, users can expect a response from an active scholar within three days.
